3 Days in Park City with Lifestyle Consultant Abby
Four Hundred’s Lifestyle Consultant Abby Leonard, headed to Park City in December and below you will find a recap of her must-do's if you find yourself visiting this quaint, yet adventure filled Ski town this winter season.
Day 1
We started the day exploring Main Street, Park City’s Historic District. Main Street offers a wide variety of entertainment and activities. From shopping at one-of-a-kind boutiques to browsing the many art galleries and brushing up on both your mining and ski history at the Park City Museum, you’ll get a real feel for the heart of Park City.
We then ate at The Eating Establishment, which has been a beloved diner to three generations of locals and visitors to Park City. Under the guidance of chef Brendan Kawakami, the menu preserves the original spirit of a ‘breakfast all day’ restaurant while adding a few new comfort food elements to round out the day (and night).
In the evening the lovely Ski Butler’s delivered our Ski Equipment Rental Gear for tomorrow’s day on the mountain. Ski Butler’s customer service was beyond expectational and made our lives a lot easier. They take all your information down prior to coming to you, they have back-ups in case the sizing is off, and also offered to meet us at the bottom of the mountain if something doesn’t feel right once we out the gear into use.
Day 2
We headed to the mountain first thing and took in the breathtaking views. Since we already had our gear and lift tickets purchased, we were able to head straight to the lift and get a full day of snowboarding in.
We ended the day at one of the local bars– No Name Saloon. The atmosphere was lively, and they have 3 floors where you can indulge in local beers and their World-Famous Buffalo Burger! The bar had a lot of character and a historic feel to it.
Day 3
We headed to the slopes again in the morning and enjoyed another beautiful sunny day of snowboarding.
In the afternoon we headed out to Canyon’s Village to embark on an adventure with Red Pine Snowmobiles. Spread across 1,000 acres of private land, we were able to explore Utah’s beauty on a guided snowmobile tour. The experience was exciting and unforgettable, as you glide through forested mountain terrain, Utah groves, and over ridgelines with scenery that will take your breath away!
