Regarded as one of Greece’s leading culinary figures, Chef Botrini is renowned for his MICHELIN-starred restaurant Botrini's Restaurant in Athens and iconic Corfu restaurant Etrusco. Ora, meaning “hour” or “time” in Greek, and “now” in Italian, is a celebration of the chef’s Greek and Italian heritage. Taking diners on a journey across the Mediterranean, Ora’s menus are inspired by Chef Botrini’s nomadic childhood in Corfu, Italy, Morocco, Egypt, Spain and beyond. Imbued with nostalgia for the soulful family meals of his youth, Chef Botrini’s effortlessly relaxed lunches and dinners feature flavorful dishes designed to share. 

MANKO 

With a private pool, a trio of bars, alfresco dining on the beachfront, and a DJ taking the tempo from chilled afternoons to starlit dancing in the sand, Manko is leading the renaissance of Glyfada’s chic beach scene. A dynamic day-to-night destination, Manko is set to become one of Athens’ most exclusive beach clubs and dining venues when it opens in early 2024. Inspired by the sunshine-bright flavors of Peru, the food and drink menus will feature zesty ceviches, smoky grills, and pisco-infused cocktails. 

ALELIA 

Drawing inspiration from Greece’s rich connection to the olive, atmospheric bar Alelia is a chic space for signature olive cocktails infused with fragrant herbs. Olive trees from the original property have been replanted here, which, along with the striking pendant lights in shades of blue and green, create an alfresco ambience on the ground floor of the resort’s stunning main entrance building. Combining Greek words, ‘Elies’ and ‘Alas’, meaning ‘‘olives” and “salt’’, Alelia exemplifies the simplicity and boldness of the country’s flavors.

THIMISI 

Thimisi bar captures the convivial spirit of the Athenian Riviera’s golden days. Meaning “memory” in Greek, Thimisi channels the glamour of the 1960s and ’70s with reimagined cocktails inspired by Glyfada’s Hollywood era as a vibrant hub for artists, actors and musicians.

MINIMA 

Overlooking the resort’s spectacular main pool and the sea, Minima, meaning “message” in Greek, promises effortless relaxation under the Aegean sun. From their private cabana or shaded sun lounger, guests sip a curated selection of cocktails, wines, beers and fresh juices. For relaxed poolside dining, both venues offer elevated takes on holiday favorites, such as burgers, club sandwiches and carpaccio of freshly caught fish.
