“I personally do not go anywhere without my mini Caudalie Beauty Elixir face spray and KORA mini radiant oil to keep my skin hydrated during flights. Also hand sanitizing wipes and disinfectant wipes are a MUST.”

“Travel Hack: I hate lifting my luggage in the overhead bins on flights so whenever I have a carry-on size luggage, I always bring it with me directly to the gate and try to pink tag it (where you pick it up when you deplane). If they can’t pink tag it, I will gate check the bag therefore saving the fee of checking it at check in and save me from lifting it on the flight 😊. Favorite Gadget: I don’t necessarily have a favorite traveling gadget other than my phone charger to make sure your headphones and phone are charged throughout your entire day of travel.”

“As of recently, I cannot travel without my Foldie Crossbody Bag. It has the perfect compartments, great interlocking systems, and is still stylish enough to not feel like I am screaming tourist. As for airplanes, I always choose the bulkhead seat. I'm a tall person so I have to think smart! The bulkhead lets me put my backpack in overhead storage and stretch out!”

“I really enjoy traveling with these Noshinku Hand Sanitizers, which come in: Bergamot, Lavendula, Eucalyptus, Spice, Vetiver and Limon. I find the pleasant smells so much more relaxing than the typical alcohol, non-scented variations and they can relax me throughout the plane ride. I find they give me peace of mind to sanitize regularly while simultaneously enjoying the aroma. I generally like to have several podcasts downloaded in case of delay and look into partnerships with lounges.”

“Due to my flight anxiety, I always bring a calming essential oil with me, something with lavender, Neroli, or Ylang Ylang. My two favorite oil brands are Thought Sanctuary and Saje. I also love to watch movies that are nostalgic or animated, like Coco or Harry Potter. I appreciate any hack to de-stress or bring my mind to a dreamy imaginative place.”

“Air tags for luggage and a perfect leather passport case and luggage tags for sure. I would not put a full address though - years ago there was a ring of thieves who worked at the airports and targeted those who were on vacation. I would also use what the pilots use for luggage. The expensive designers tend to be improperly handled by the ground crew. Gate greeter, if necessary, too. Makes connections in Europe easier. PS LAX or ATL for pre/post departure.”

“My best travel hack would be using a Sleepy Tie to keep curls/blow out intact. Pack lots of high protein/healthy snacks like jerky sticks, almonds, trail mix, and skinny pop. Lastly, I like to pack a high end sheet mask like 111 Skin because planes can be drying and damaging to the skin. It's also fun to pass the time with a little skincare.”

“Some of the best hacks I have recently discovered when it comes to flying, have been the use of a couple of apps that are a real game changer. The first one is CLEAR. This app allows you to Reserve a timeframe to utilize an expedited security line at some airports such as JFK airport. There is no need to purchase or pay for anything prior. This is a feature in the app that anyone could use for free. This has been extremely helpful to use when I am running late to a flight. Another app I make sure to have ready is the Mobile Passport Control app, which is useful when traveling back into the US from an international country. This app expedites the line when you are clearing customs. There are no added fees, you just need to submit a picture of yourself and of your passport. For those travelers that can get flight anxiety, like I do, I really suggest downloading the Calm app to your phones prior to taking flight. This app is not free, but it is very handy when anxiety kicks in. I always have the Calming Flight Anxiety meditations downloaded. These are saved on my phone even if I don't have WIFI or cell service. I always make sure to bring a sweet and a savory snack in my carry-on bag to have with me at all times. I also love having a pair of soft socks and a cozy scarf, even in the summer, as sometimes airplanes can be very cold.”

“I can't travel without this Air Fly adapter so I can use my Air Pods on the plane. I can't stand getting tangled up in the long headphone wire!”

“I am pretty basic when it comes to travel, but my favorite “hack” is to download podcasts, movies, and TV shows on my phone prior to boarding, in case there is no Wi-Fi. My favorite item to have on the plane is a glass of Sauvy B 😉.”
