Casa Chablé
Situated between the serene lagoon and the azure ocean, Casa Chablé extends a warm welcome to those who are seeking a dream getaway in a place of unparalleled beauty: the Sian Ka'an Biosphere, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located 22 miles south of Tulum, on an untouched stretch of Quintana Roo's Caribbean coast.
The adventure begins at the entrance to the biosphere with a 40-minute scenic boat ride through lush mangrove forests before reaching the hotel's private dock. There, guests will enter the world of Casa Chablé, a pristine islet featuring only 5 rooms and 5 standalone bungalows. The property's architectural design is inspired by the traditional Yucatán style, harmoniously blending with the natural surroundings.
With remoteness central to its charm, Casa Chablé is surrounded by 12 acres of tropical jungle and fronted by 200 meters of white-sand beaches. The property's location allows guests to experience a sunrise over the Caribbean Sea and a sunset champagne toast from the Casa Chablé dock overlooking the shimmering Sian Ka'an lagoon on the same day.
Chablé Hotels, in collaboration with award-winning interior designer Paulina Morón, has created a unique and immersive experience at Casa Chablé. The 5 Guest Rooms and 5 standalone Bungalows offer the epitome of barefoot luxury, balancing elegant amenities with breathtaking landscapes. The property is elegantly appointed with beautiful, sustainable tropical wood furnishings and indigenous design inspirations crafted by local artisans.
Renowned chef Jorge Vallejo, the mastermind behind the award-winning restaurant Quintonil in Mexico City, conceived Casa Chablé's menus. Under his leadership, Chef Luis León oversees dishes crafted to order, showcasing local and regional delicacies tailored to guest preferences.
