On September 11th,2023 is Agness Kim, Sous Chef - Bonnie’s. Chef Kim brings both Korean and American influences to her dishes while creating an essence of familiarity. Think Korean Jeon pancakes served with Makgeolli wine, Fried Bologna Sandwiches on Milk Bread, and Butterflied Mackerel Lettuce Wraps with a Gochugaru Paste, Chef Agness' menu puts a personal spin on classic dishes.
On September 18th, 2023, is Nadine Ghantous, Sous Chef - Rolo’s. Chef Ghantous takes you on a cultural journey with a menu influenced by Lebanese cuisine to share with all. Think traditional Mezze Platter with Homemade Bread, Kibbeh Balls with Green Tahini and Cucumber Yogurt Dip, and an Entrée that takes you back to her family's dinner table.
Closing out the series on September 25th,2023 is Jonathan Vogt, Line Cook - The Four Horsemen. Chef Vogt helms from California bringing his passion for technique rooted in simplicity to the table for a fine dining experience unlike any other. Think Arctic Char Crudo with Charred Fennel Vinaigrette, Homemade Ricotta Gnudi with Calabrian Chili Butter, and Braised Short Ribs with Roasted Figs.
