New Equestrian Club and Sports Pavilion
The community’s newest offering is the Albany Equestrian Club. Coming this winter, the state-of-the-art equestrian facility will feature a 20-stall barn, nine grass paddocks, covered and outdoor all-weather arenas, an outdoor all-weather riding ring, round pen, Horse Gym USA treadmill, complete hunter and jumper courses and the only emergency vet clinic for equine on the island.
Another major development coming to the community is the Albany Sports Pavilion. Slated to open in the new year, the Sports Pavilion will be an indoor and outdoor destination featuring a half basketball court, indoor bowling and a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard, skee-ball, foosball, a Full Swing golf simulator and multiple televisions.
The outdoor area will play host to events and gatherings for the community, with two pickleball courts, a beach volleyball court, turf sports pitch, a covered children’s playground, a dog park and Albany’s newest food and beverage experience – Albany Eats ‘n Tings food truck.
Destination for Health and Wellness
For guests looking to focus on health and wellness, Albany’s new Cardio Center will feature a variety of the latest cardio fitness equipment from industry leader LifeFitness including treadmills, elliptical machines, rowing machines, and upright and recumbent bikes. The space will also feature two racks of free weights and additional workout spaces for stretching and strength training.
