La Plage is a seven-bedroom villa located directly on Lorient Beach within steps of the shore and minutes from shopping. This villa offers a breathtaking view of the sea and beach.
The large living room has beautiful slate flooring, several sofas and chairs and large sliding doors that open onto the terrace with beach views. The kitchen, which seats up to 12 guests, offers a well-equipped space to prepare gourmet meals, while the gas barbecue on the terrace is ideal for grilling local ingredients.
A central, large interior courtyard is furnished with chairs, tables, a wet bar, and a heated Jacuzzi that can accommodate 10 guests. A large deck with sunny and shady lounge areas surrounds the arched heated swimming pool, which has ambient lighting at night.
The air-conditioned house also comes with Wi-Fi, U.S. satellite TV and water sports equipment consisting of two sea kayaks, two paddleboards, and two surfboards.
Complimentary continental breakfast is served daily. Although the villa can accommodate up to 14 guests, special rates are available for a party as small as 4 guests.
